'Explore' Courses

There is something for everyone at Salway Evangelical Church.....

We run a number of courses for people who are interested in finding out more about the Christian faith such as 'Christianity Explored'. These courses run for between 6 and 14 sessions (depending upon attendees) and give people opportunities to discuss questions they have with others.

Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who would like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him. You won't be asked to pray, sing or read aloud, and you can ask any questions you like. Or, if you prefer, you can just come along and listen.

For more information about Christianity Explored or other courses please contact our Pastor, Ian Rees by emailing - pastor@salway.org

Hope Explored

When?: 12th, 19th & 26th November at 7:30pm

Hope Explored is an informal and relaxed three-week course. It’s for anyone who wants to find hope, peace and purpose in life. It’s run by ordinary Christian people local to you and is completely free. You don’t need to know anything about the Bible, and you won’t be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like, or you can just sit there and listen.

Whoever you are, whatever you’re thinking, Hope Explored is a place for you to discover the hope of a future that is better than you could imagine.

The three sessions are as follows:
1.    Hope
2.    Peace
3.    Purpose

Each session involves watching a short video and then discussing what the Bible says about these subjects, all of which will take about 75 minutes.

Email pastor@salway.org to book your place or if you would like to know more details.
