In order to attend a Sunday Service at Salway you are required to complete a booking form for each and every service that you wish to attend by 12 noon on the Friday before the service you wish to attend.

 

Please be aware that due to restrictions we may not be able to allow all who complete a booking form to attend, we will advise you if we are not able to accommodate you on the Friday evening or Saturday morning prior to the service you have applied for.

In order to complete this form you will need to confirm that you have read and understood the Welcome Back to Salway document which gives details of what you can expect and the guidelines adopted to ensure we comply with the regulations and take all reasonable precautions to keep attendees safe and reduce any risk of infection.
